We have been buying VIP eliquid for many years despite the awful customer service. The US Kentucky Tobacco was the best on the market for flavour. The new blend is terrible and tastes like a cheap knock off brand from a little corner shop. Very disappointed. On the hunt for a new brand. @VIP please bring back the old blend and we will be back until then you’ve lost our custom (approx £1k per year spend on liquids and accessories)

If it ain’t broke why mend it. The new e-liquid is just not the same, even the taste has changed, the plastic is hard, I have arthritis and I now find it hard to “squeeze” and fill. Please bring back the original e-liquid and packaging.

Have being using 20mg USA Kentucky Tobacco flavour for over 3 years, they've now introduced a 'new improved' flavour, changed the nicotine strength and also the pg mix. The new flavour bears no resemblance to the original product, so much so, that I have abandoned VIP and I am now searching alternative brands for a replacement. So disappointed, it was such a great flavour.

Was just about to purchase my regular order £60 and I saw a number of bad reviews (no good reviews) about the new blend on this and other VIP flavours- will look elsewhere after using VIP for over 6 years ... please bring back the old recipie's...

YUK what's happened to kentucky oil. Tastes like something you would would put in your lawn mower. Ive been using kentucky for the past 5 years and been a loyal customer but now Im affraid you have forced me to shop elsewhere to find a substitute. This is one of the worst oils i've tasted. Why did you change it? Bring back the original kentcky or lose a long time shopper!!

I have used the USA Kentucky tobacco liquid for 5years and this new remix blend is no where near the original blend. It’s disgusting. Bring back the original blend PLEASE
