“Never had a single problem with VIP however, I'm not a happy customer lately. you now have to pay for delivery when previously if you spent a certain amount you'd get next day delivery free. Now it's £5 and it doesn't even come the next day! They've stopped offering the same bulk cartomiser deals for 0% nicotine cartonisersc which I feel penalizes those who want to quit nicotine but still enjoy vaping. I've spent over £5000 with this company over the last few years and they didn't even have the decency to let me know about these changes. I never get any deals for the stuff I use sent to me. So yeah I'm not particularly happy.”
