“I have been using Tobacco refills for about four years now having been given a starter pack by a friend who was also a smoker. I have not smoked a ciarette since. It's cleaner, hopefully healthier and obviously a lot cheaper. The loyalty points and discounts which are given are an added incentive to use VIP.”

“I have always in the past been extremely happy with this product. Unfortunately over the recent months I have had to throw around 5 NEW cartridges away as they appear to be empty i.e. they have a very bad taste in the same way as they do when they are becoming empty. I am wondering if anyone else has been having this problem. Otherwise this is a great product and being able to have them delivered very promptly I am very satisfied.”
