“The impact of ‘lockdown’ is clearly playing it’s part on the service I’m experiencing. Dispatching my order is taking dramatically longer, which in turn means it’s now taking 10 to receive the goods (rather than 3 days previously).”

“Ordered this product. After over a week I phoned to see when it was due to be dispatched and was told that due to the amount of orders it might take another week! A few days after I got an email to say the item was out of stock! I wasn’t told this when I phoned. Very poor service”
