“Ordered theses and they were not the right ones. The two options on site don’t show the differences. Anyway I contacted the online chat line and connected to Nathan who asked how he could help me and so I explained, and he never answered and I terminated the connection after 9 minutes waiting. VIP have changed over the last few months. Not selling the BVC clearomister any more and now they don’t appear to sell the coils for them either. I suppose it won’t belong before they remove the British Gold E-liquid from there site. Will now shop elsewhere.”

“I have not received my order,I have been in touch with your team and she said she would look into it,but I haven't heard back .I ordered them 11th November money was taken from my account, she said they were delivered on the 13th but I didn't get them,I spoke to my postman and he said he didn't know anything about them,he has been my postman for years and I haven't had any problems before with my orders,.”

“These last longer than the other atomiser coils however because these are so big they absorb so much liquid! Im forever filling it up. Looking forward to finding something a little more economical.”
