“The order didn't arrive and the chat line was down. I guess because of the current situation they are out of service? In which case, maybe my rating was a bit harsh.”

“I have had my epen for a while now and regret having tried it. The 2 refills do not last long to warrant the price via comparison to the previous epen (which I still use) where you get 3 refills and they last longer.”

“Expensive alternative to liquid. Cleaner experience but still not converted due to cost. Not helped by signature needed when delivered by post, necessitating a trip 5 miles to post office! That needs addressing.”
