I have been using a Vype epen 3 for some time and find it just as good, if not better, than some of the more expensive equivalents. The cartridges are easy to fit securely and provide a fulsome, well-flavoured vape.

2 purchases of a few boxes of tobacco cartridges made thus far and twice now there has been a "dud" cartridge where it is full of liquid but almost nothing comes out as if it were an empty one and you are left with no choice but to throw it away. Rather odd because the other cartridge in the same packing works fines.

Thank you for your recent review on your VIP Cartomizers. I am sorry to hear this; Our quality reports are completed on every batch of Cartomizers that are introduced to us from our manufacturer and at present we are not aware of any issues relating to these. What we believe may have happened is the wadding within the filter has slipped in the cartomizer and therefore not connecting with the atomizer. Generally giving this quite a hard or strong blow, this will allow the wadding to fall back to the bottom of the filter and connect to the atomizer. Batteries can also be a factor of why you don’t feel you are getting the best out of your cartomizers, we advise replacing your batteries every 3 months as the battery will start to degrade and not power the cartomizer to its full potential.
