“Why oh why are you discontinuing this product? It would have been helpful if you had given more warning rather than just wait for the battery stock to run out and then say we are no longer getting any more. The replacement will not be the same and guess what it's more expensive. There's a surprise. Very disappointed”

“Ok - the order, express 1-2 day DPD delivery, took 5 days and 2 promoting emails for it to arrive, VIP were great at following it up, DPD were useless and not for the first time, they lost my previous order completely!”

“Service has dropped used to be next day delivery now 3-4 working days Arrived by Royal Mail once shipped from VIP no way of checking status used to be a 1 hour time slot from DPD”

“Product is good but delivery and dispatch very poor this time and not timely. Normal timeline of two or three days between order and receipt. This time could be up to two weeks meaning I am without product as I was not prepared for this based on previous experience”
