“Changing the nicotine content from 16mg/mol to 11mg/mol has been detrimental. The flavour of the reduced nicotine product is totally unsatisfactory. I have supported your vaping products over the years but the product now offered is not satisfactory and, regrettably I will be reviewing my options.”
