“Have you gone mad ! Is somebody in your company purposely trying to sabotage your product range. First you just decide to change the favour of most of your top line tobacco’s and judging by the reviews it hasn’t gone down very well. Then you change the bottles which quite frankly are pathetic unless you snip off the spout you can’t squeeze any juice out. Now you go and discontinue the very popular Vanilla flavour not even offering an alternative. Honestly I’m gobsmacked at your company’s attitude towards customers I am surprised you’ve got any left it’s a public relations disaster. !”
