“I have returned last order emailed you and no response. Site defaulted to 3 when I wanted to order 18 strength. Had to go to shop to buy another batch. Please replace with 18 as requested.”

“Not sure why the strength has been reduced to a maximum of 18mg but it hasn’t made much difference. I also do not like the new bottle design. The diameter of the nozzle is smaller than the previous bottles and quite difficult to get the fluid out without having to squeeze quite hard. I feel sorry for anyone with arthritis or other debilitation illness in their hands having to use these new design bottles.”

“deducting a star because of the new design packaging- appalling to use. can hardly squeeze the liquid out it's so rigid. why why why did you change it. plus no longer available in strength 8, had to buy 6, which is okay please revisit the bottle design. its actually hurting my hand to squeeze this”
