“Once again you have changed it.. ruined it and reduced the 8mg down to 6mg.. sorry but it’s nowhere as good as it was and I know I’m not the only one to think so.. very disappointed..”

“How and why they managed to get the taste of curry powder into this is beyond me, but this is another changed formula that has made a product much worse than it already was. Have contacted VIP twice, but their idea of customer service appears to be to ignore their customers.”

“Dont really like the new recipe. Usually after using a new flavour for a while you get used to it. But I cannot seem to get used to the new USA tobacco flavour. Bring back the old version!”

“The flavour was completely different to what it usually is. It was disgusting, 3 bottles straight in the bin. Been using VIP for 5 years and this happened a few times in the beginning but the taste has been the same until now. The smell made me feel sick and so did the taste, I couldn’t even attempt to get used to it. To put it politely, it was rank.”

“This is replacement liquid for the usual stuff as VIP are struggling to get hold of the right ingredients due to COVID. I found this out not because VIP kept their regular customers updated about products but because I phoned them and asked why both this flavour and Virginia rolling had changed. It tastes absolutely foul and I wouldn’t recommend it. Do not waste your money. I ended up tracking some down in Ireland and had to pay a lot of money for them to send me some of the original however it was worth it.”
