“Wow. Been a loyal customer for over 6 years... What on earth have you done with VIP liquids?! You have changed strenghts... new packaging is tacky like from a £1 store yet still charging premium price! The taste of the red fusion has also changed.. it is horrendous. It is time to hunt a new supplier as this was the last time I've ordered from you.. what a shame you're going down and I know many other customers will be lookong for a new supplier. What an absolute shame because I truly loved your liquids..”

“I have ordered this flavour for years. I live in Sheffield so get a delivery. I have just ordered and received 10 bottles . I am so disappointed. It is nothing like the way it was when it was red in colour. The flavour is very poor, doesn’t taste of much. Will not be purchasing any more unless it veverts back to the original flavour”

“They have “improved” the recipe. Unfortunately the improvements appear to be add a load of Menthol and reduce all the other flavours, the flavours that I loved and meant it was my fav mtl vape for 2 years Unless the recipe goes back I won’t be buying anymore and the 20 bottles I brought will go invaped, shame”
