“Very discusted and disappointed with this product I have purchased this product for many years with no problem now u have changed it without telling anyone and just sent it out to people it does not taste the same the quality is very poor and it doesn't last as long either I will not be purchasing this product again unless u go back to the old and more popular one ☹️”

“The flavour has been changed completely and isn’t at all how it used to be. I have used this flavour continuously for 2 years without any issues and I have no idea why they changed it. It bares absolutely no resemblance to the original flavour at all. Very disappointed and will have to another liquid similar to how this used to taste. :-(”

“The two stars are for the ease of ordering via the website. It would have been 5 stars prior to the new formulation of the Triple Menthol Liquid. WHY? It used to be such a joy to taste. Now I’m just using it until I can ween myself off it completely. The joy has been taken out of it. I understand now why it was being sold a few months ago at such a brilliant price. You were getting rid of the old stock to bring in the new. Also noticed that it really aggravates my air purifier after just two puffs even though it’s a lower mg than my previous formula. Wth have you done VIP?”

“I have been using triple menthol for the past five years and have been very very satisfied with it but this last batch of 10 bottles I can’t use them I went down to 1.2 I’m finding this very bitter it’s a different colour to what I was using and a totally different taste I’m really disappointed with it”
