“The new oil is not as good as the previous oil. Disappointing. The new style of bottles are also inferior to the previous ones. The lid feels like it never closes properly and it is harder to squeeze the liquid out into your vape. Such a shame.”

“Hi I'm not impressed with the new version of the Triple Menthol. It's not as smooth tasting as the original and the new bottle is difficult to open. I am getting used to this new type but still much prefer the old one!!”

“the service from vip is impeccable really high quality but unfortunately they have changed the triple menthol both in flavour and strength for what was my favourite so i'm finding it hard to adapt to the new flavour and strength”

“I have tried a lot of different liquids but always order from VIP, excellent value for money, however, I recently ordered on the 10 for £30 offer as I always do but the taste has changed! I am reluctant to reorder as it just doesn't taste the same. Why change something that was good in the 1st place?”

“This has changed and it is horrible, it leaves a cheap nasty taste in the mouth and the flavour is nothing like the previous one I had been using for over a year. If it does not go back to the previous one I will get my oil's and other things elsewhere! Rubbish quality now.”
