“I have mixed experience with the Natrol melatonin. My experience with the fast dissolve (I've tried 3mg, 5mg) are similar to the time release one that they do force my body to go to sleep, but the mind was still busy. The only difference is that, with the fast dissolve I am able to wake up easier and reset. I used to take the Bioglan brand until they changed the ingredient which now makes me dizzy (but not quite the spray one, I only tried recently). However, Natrol melatonin seems to help my Dad's sleeping much nicely. So I think different people have different reaction to this. He seems to need a stronger dose, so I will be getting more of the 5mg for him.”
