“I have been taking OGF for 8-9 years. 6 years ago I had total knee replacement surgery and my recovery went very well and better than most as per my doctor. I did double up on my OGF. This year I decided to take a month off to "experiment" with the outcome. I definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and extended time with muscle fatigue after hiking and biking and such.”
