“I bought two sets as Christmas gifts. The inserts holding the products in both boxes were badly torn so I had to remove them meaning the products were loose in the boxes. I emailed Voya and I was promised two new inserts but they never arrived so I wrapped the products in tissue paper to secure them inside the boxes. Disappointing service.”
