“Hi Voya, I purchased a gift set online to be sent to my sister in the north as I wouldn't see her around her birthday. I live in Dublin. Initially the price was quoted in euros but when the address for delivery was inserted, the price changed to sterling. Why? As the payee I use euros and felt that as I was paying an Irish company I should have my bill in euros. There was no indication of any delivery charge for cross border. When it came out of my current account I then had an additional charge for currency exchange. For me it would have been simpler to budget a set price rather than a variable one depending on the exchange rate. I would have understood paying in sterling if I ordered from the north. Apart from that your communication was excellent and the delivery day and time clear and prompt without any ambiguity. Your products are second to none and I love them. Anne Mooney”

“The gift set is so beautifully presented it was difficult parting with the packaging as sad as that sounds it seemed such a shame. The products were wonderful a beautiful present for anyone.
