“I love my alpha bumpers. I had a pair of 25's for a deployment and they took a lot of punishment with no wear. Added the 260 # set and going to get one more pair of 45's for my home setup and I have no doubt these things will last a really long time. I didn't find the smell to be bad at all, and mine were kept in a tiny room on a ship. Good service, even on Black Friday. Our internet couldn't support he checkout page”

“Plates arrived on time. Didn't have to sign anything, they were left in front of my garage (personal preference.) Plates are very good quality. I bought the Alpha V1s on clearance and couldn't be happier with them. Everything works as advertised. The plates aren't that loud when dropped. We did a drop test and couldn't hear it in other parts of the house. Lastly they look cool.”

“It was time for me to upgrade my home gym and after extensively researching the options on sites like www.garage-gyms.com, I decided to check out a package deal from Vulcan Strength. Their Alpha Bumper plates are some of the best weights around! I bought a complete package and am very pleased with the quality I received. The equipment weighs over 800 lbs and after being successfully delivered we were able to assemble it completely. I do wish the plates had less of an odor, but am otherwise thrilled with our ability to use sturdy lifting equipment without even leaving our apartment. I highly recommend Vulcan Strength.”

“I love the Alpha plates. They feel solid, are easy to tell apart, and don't smell like a tire fire like typical HiTemps. What's not to like? Bonus: the 45's I received had the gen2 markings, which look even cooler than the originals. Buy these if you want a low bounce bumper that has the ipf/iwf color pattern without shelling out for competition plates.”

“I ordered the 500 lbs set. Originally the set came missing 40 lbs of the requested weight. I emailed Vulcan and the error was quickly and professionally managed. The bumpers themselves are as described. However, they are much more vibrant in color than the photos on Vulcan's site. This is a positive deviation. The bumpers are easy to load/unload and are uniform in shape and appearance. They appear durable and ready for work.”
