This bench is a beast. It is solid as a rock regardless of the position I put it on. The construction is better than I expected. It moves around easily with the front handle and the rear wheels but when it’s in place it does not move. No rocking or shaking and the stability gives a real sense of safety regardless of what exercise is being done. The taper is perfect for me allowing for full range of movement. If you’re looking for an incline decline bench this one is a great choice.

I just purchased this bench and it's constructed very well. It's very sturdy and the decline position is a true decline. After researching other benches this one met all of my needs.Vulcan customer service is great.

Great bench overall. Has a greater decline than the Rep version (20% vs 12%) which I like. Very sturdy and made from good materials. Only complaint is the foot holders when in the decline position bend your legs a bit too far back and is unnatural and therefore a bit uncomfortable.

I was initially concerned because the packaging was pretty beat up. So anxiety got the best of me and I turned a Sat project into a Wed one. To my surprise, there wasn’t a single scratch or dent on the bench. As I started to take the parts out of the box, I immediately noticed it was a high quality piece. Thick heavy metal, large bolts and nuts, and very nice padding. It took me about 30 mins to build. I am happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. This was my second Vulcan purchase and plan on making more.
