“Great bar. Best value at this price point. I bought this to start learning olympic lifts, and it is awesome. The spin is amazing and makes the lifts much easier. I use the bar more for complex and crossfit style lifts than I do for olympic lifts, and it is great for those as well. The knurling is good. I generally prefer a more aggressive knurl, but I don't have any trouble gripping this bar.”

“Don't understand why more reviewers recognize the excellence of Vulcans barbells. I have the Abolute Power v2, the bearing olympic training bar and now just receive their EZ curl bar. The knurling and angles are just riight and it's less expesive than Rogues Ez. Just do it.”

“Bar works as well as a higher end bars for folks who are used to training with regular bars. As a more experience lifter used needle bearing bars, this is as good as you would get without paying significantly more.”

“Outstanding training bar. I don't think anything competes at the price. Chrome finish means minimal upkeep, needle bearings lead to smooth turnover in the clean and snatch, and moderate knurling offers a solid grip without threatening to tear up your shins if you're pulling the bar too close.”

“I love my barbell, in fact, the grips are perfect. For some other products, I have to wear gloves because they tear up my hands but the grips on this bar are just enough to ensure superb gripping. Now it's time to purchase a rig for the barbell!!!”
