“My daily driver change plates for barbells. They are all rubber construction and quiet for the basement gym. They go on and off fast since they sit outside the collars. I do compound (but not Olympic) lifts, and they always stay on the sleeve without collars; this includes bendy deadlift bars and smaller diameter axle sleeves.”

“The change plates look well made and a nice replacement for my 2.5# steel change plates which were scratching the barbell. They are also easy to put on and take off. I did a few high rep sets of squat cleans with the change plates outside the collars, and they didn't slide out.”
