“Order processed and out for delivery. Unfortunately there were problems with the courier, which meant delays and time waisted waiting in for the delivery which then didn’t arrive. It’s unfortunate that the courier affects the overall experience of the customer. However the customer service for Walls and Floors was brilliant, understanding, empathic and thorough. The tiles look great, won’t see end result until the project is finished.”
