“Fantatstic Customer Service
I ordered my tiles and got confirmation of my delivery almost immediately, I had to change the date and called in to the Customer Services and they sorted it for me with no problem. The tiles arrived by the Delivery Guy who was so nice and polite and he moved them as close to my house as possible with no fuss. Sadly some of the tiles were broken so the Driver took a picture as did I and these were sent to Customer Services, they replied promptly and have arranged to send replacements out within 48 hours. The tiles are really nice and Im so happy with them, they were also a really good price.
