“Tile sample is good but getting it is not easy as DPD is the useless courier company used to deliver. DPD driver throws box marked fragile over 7 feet high gate both times - it took 2 attempts to get the sample. First time DPD action caused it to break into many pieces. Second DPD delivery (same driver) turns up not as planned and my phone number is pinned to the gate asking for a call which he makes . In the call I instruct him on my safe place and on arriving home he’s thrown it over the date again!!! Awful stressful sample delivery experience - I recommend you sack DPD.”
