This has put me off using this company as I fear if I order on line they would not be packed securely, and I would end up with a load of broken tiles.”

I am so sorry to see that your sample arrived damaged. Unfortunately, I can't see that this has been raised.
We are always more than happy to replace or refund damages when reported. And this is also standard with a main order as well.
I am also sorry to see that you have been put off due to this. Please be assured that for main orders, we utilise a pallet delivery service which is less prone to bumps and impacts when moving through our courier's network.
