“First, I'm glad this product exists. It's very hard to find glass water bottles anywhere. However, there were a couple of issues:
1. It was shipped with a silica gel packet that was nearly impossible to get out of the bottle. It took two people almost an hour to extract it without tearing it.
2. There was a little silicone washer-type thing that may have been supposed to stay in the lid (I didn't see anywhere where it was attached though) but it came out and made it impossible to screw the lid back on with it in place. I think it was to stop leaks if the bottle tipped sideways, but it just stretched/distorted/stopped the lid from being able to be screwed on. So we can't use that.
Other than that, I'm happy with the product. Wish I could've bought a clear version but it was out of stock, so I was stuck with the flowers.”
