“I LOOOVE the design of the Flair water bottle (IT IS SO PRETTY)... That's 10 stars out of 5! But if you want it to be compatible with Lucy, that's where we get the 1 star. There is a defect in the Flair bottles and Lucy will is not able to be screwed on/placed onto the 20oz. Flair bottle, at this time. I was told that there are some 20oz. Flair bottles that are compatible with Lucy but there is no way to determine which 20oz. Flair bottles will work with Lucy and which will not. I will be returning the Flair bottle that I ordered along with the replacement bottle that was sent (in the hope that Lucy would be compatible with the replacement 20oz. Flair bottle). I will continue to communicate with Customer Service and once they are certain that the 20oz. Flair bottle will work with Lucy... I will be ordering a 20oz. Flair bottle again.”
“This bottle is beautiful and I love sleeve that comes with it. It has a little space to really grip the sleeve when drinking. Unfortunately, this bottle is not compatible with LUCY Smart Cap so I don’t use it often.”
