“Wow; ordered 8 boxes of Orange and they ALL arrived expiring the same exact month and year of order. Reached out to customer service (several times) to request replacement (even with another flavor) or a refund of my money. Included photos they requested. My refund was DENIED. They kept my money and refused to send any sort of replacement. I am also a first time customer. Has anyone seen the price of these products?? Horrible customer service; awful ethics. I will never order from this company again.”
“It was fine. At first, when it was dissolving it looked a bit ick, but it dissolved completely. it tastes just like Mio, but at 4 times the cost. The best thing about it is that it is easy to carry around, so if you are hiking, at the zoo, or just out and about with a water bottle, it does make it easy to add.”
