“Did not enjoy the drops. They were very weak and did not provoke me to drink any more water than I normally do. There is actually a nasty aftertaste to each if the drops that reminds me of lemon water that has been sitting to long and is soggy. The customer service was terrible as well. I did not receive timely order/tracking confirmations. I did not appreciate your business model because it does not promote transparency. The Facebook model is monitored by an administrator who does not allow for any negativity to be posted. Who is going to believe that there are no problems with your product. Seriously the whole business model is off. Don't think I'lll be returning.”
