“I am very dissatisfied. I reached out for help and your customer support basically told me that it is my job to call ups and fight with them about why my product didn’t arrive.
I did not spend $70 to call a 3rd party carrier about my product. That is terrible customer service.
I had order from you in the past love the product and wanted to order again. Unfortunately because of the way I was treated I have had to call my credit card company to get a refund because you were also to rude to do that for me. So I will not be ordering from you again and I would not recommend your product to anyone else and that is unfortunate because it was a good product but with that should be a good company with good customer care and yours sucks.”

“I really wanted to like these, but I don’t. I’ve not tried all the flavors yet, but I have not enjoyed the first 2. I couldn’t find the taster pack until after purchasing the 5+1 set. You advertise saving plastic, but still use plastic. I feel that is greenwashing. I’ll stick to my city tap water in my reusable water bottle. Keep trying.”
