“The glass itself is perfectly good however i noted the 'subscription' of these and contacted to inform i did not request them on subscription, why would I order 4 glasses each month ?, however I was told nothing could be done by customer services.
I also failed to be given return details and so now have 8 functional glasses, thus option should be standard”
