“The new Waterguru Sense2 builds on the success of the Sense1 by adding measurements of cyanuric acid (CYA) stabilizer, total alkalinity, and hardness in addition to free chlorine and pH. It works flawlessly by daily sending pool chemistry parameters directly to your cell phone, saving the cost of third-party pool company service. I highly recommend for pools or hot tubs. “I had a SENSE S1 for about three years. Recently it stopped reporting water chemistry. I tried everything from replacing batteries, cassette, rebooting the system by removing and reinserting batteries, re-adding pool via the app, checking WiFi accessibility, etc. and after not being successful contacted tech support. They were also unable to reachout and fix the problem remotely after which the company replaced the device at no cost. I am very appreciative of this response as this device makes it so convenient to monitor pool water chemistry, pump flow, and water temperature. Thank you!”
