“I had a SENSE S1 for about three years. Recently it stopped reporting water chemistry. I tried everything from replacing batteries, cassette, rebooting the system by removing and reinserting batteries, re-adding pool via the app, checking WiFi accessibility, etc. and after not being successful contacted tech support. They were also unable to reachout and fix the problem remotely after which the company replaced the device at no cost. I am very appreciative of this response as this device makes it so convenient to monitor pool water chemistry, pump flow, and water temperature. Thank you!”
