Problems from day one. Sensor was erratic and had to be replaced. Tried to submit tube of water for you to test and cold not because the envelopes we received were from a lab that you no longer use. New sensor showed totally different results each day even if we did make your suggestions. Finally started using our old test kit and double checking with our pool store and these sample's matched. Have now closed the pool for winter and can not stop your daily checks even with both battery and sensor removed

Glad to have the results but it took almost a month to receive them and there were no status updates, so I assumed the sample was lost and ordered another one. Also, in the app, the month old results show up as most recent, even when there is more current data from the WaterGuru system.

I'm in my second month of using the WaterGuru Sense 2 and have been very pleased with the system overall. I submitted my first water vial for testing and was disappointed that it took about 10 days to get the results back. After the first water sample test results, I made the recommended changes to the pool chemistry and submitted a second water sample. The results of the second sample showed everything was in balance and those results came back within a couple of days which pleasantly surprised me. I'm hoping this faster analyzation return time in processing the water samples will prove to be the norm. Time will tell! One thing I would like to see modified is the ability to custom set the preferred Salt level for my specific pool. The default is 3400ppm which means I have to use a converter to figure out the correct amount of salt to add to my pool since my salt chlorinator specifies a Salt level of 3600ppm. The App lets you set up a profile for your specific pool and it seems like it would not be too difficult to create a way to specify a specific preferred salt content since this varies with equipment. That way when you get your results you know you are spot on and don't have to worry about calculations after your test results are in.
