“This is a lovely, soft, thinner material with just the right amount of sparkle, can be worn casually or dressed up and feels just right under a blazer. Perfect for a holiday work event like a lunch but nice any time you want sparkle. The navy is dark and perfect and the sparkle looks like a starry night sky.”
