I emailed the company a few times asking different questions and they responded back in a timely manner. I purchased a shadow metal graphite grey pergola 2.4mx3.0m. It arrived today with the delivery company. They erected it at an extra cost but it was well worth it. It didn’t take them long, and they took all the rubbish with them. I have to say it exceeded all expectations. The frame is sturdy and it does the job I needed it to do. I would highly recommend this company! Just a shame that the side panels are never in stock for this range of pergola.”
