“I have had a few of these parasols over the years. The quality is usually excellent. This parasol looked fine but it wasn’t until I tried to put it up, that I realised there was an issue with the double pulley system. The pulley system was so tight, I couldn’t put it into the first available hole. I had to get my husband, and he even struggled to get it into the first hole. There is obviously something wrong with this particular batch/parasol. This is totally unsatisfactory from my perspective. So went I want to put the parasol up, I have to get my husband to do. This wasn’t a cheap purchase, therefore very disappointed.”
