“I bought this product to replace an existing one that I purchased 3 years ago. The reason being that when I tried to open up the existing one it didn't work. I opened up the winding mechanism and discovered that it was wet inside and that the main sprocket had corroded and fallen off. I always tried to ensure that I put the cover over the parasol during wet weather and stored it in the garage during the colder months when it wasn't needed. I will try to ensure that I look after the new one so that I don't suffer the same problem again.”
