“Unit was delivered on time. White glove service was good, tho the delivery folks wanted to start the unit immediately. I convinced them to let the unit sit in its place & I would start it up myself the next day, which I did. This EuroCave is super quiet; the only indication its running is the compressor light,.... no noise at all. Temperature stays within 1.5 degrees of setting. I can easily store about 120 bottles, not the 141 advertised, as the California cabernet bottles are too large to get 12 on one shelf. Not a big deal though.”

“Purchased 60 days ago and so far so good. Had to adjust door hinge following delivery and it took some doing to reach customer service. Once I did, they were helpful. Unit holds temp close to target (+/- 1.5 degrees) and is very quiet. Two of the shelves kept coming out of the track which was frustrating and the manual didn’t address. Thankfully Google did and it’s an easy adjustment to make.”

“Too soon to judge the cellar although it seems to be operating fine after a week. It is very quiet and maintains 1-2 degrees when only 1/4 full. The folks at WE were very professional. Scheduling the delivery was like Keystone Cops. Delivery service was on par with Home Depot appliance delivery - except the guys showed no knowledge of appliances, let alone a wine cellar.”

“This fridge is absolutely perfect. There isn’t a wine bottle that it doesn’t fit thanks to the very adjustable shelving. For its compact size it holds a lot more bottles than my much taller coolers. It also holds 1 whole case of wine per shelf, which is very efficient and convenient.”

“Delivery was ok, cooling is good, it's pretty. But the shelves continue to come off the rails due to the weight of the wine. I was told how to adjust them but it's still happening. I hope that eventually they will land at the proper adjustment. This was an expensive unit, this is very annoying.”

“We've had the EuroCave Premiere M wine cellar for two weeks, and it's as advertised. The temperature fluctuates a little, which is expected. I set it on 54 and it's been anywhere between 52.3 and 56.6. The motor is quiet, and the cellar is well built. The Main du Sommelier shelving is fantastic. I've been buying a good bit of Bordeaux, so most of the shelves hold the bottles perfect. For shelves that have California cabs mixed in, there are some spacing issues. This cellar was the perfect size for us though, because we drink more than we collect. The white glove service was just okay. I wouldn't spend the extra money if you have someone who can help you bring it in the house. The delivery crew were nice but banged it around a little (no big issues) and ended up leaving all of the packaging outside instead of taking it with them. Regardless, we've enjoyed the cellar and would buy it again!”
