“I have only had it for a few weeks but so far it has been a great purchase. The shelves are fantastic and they were a big concern for me. I have mostly pinot, syrah and chardonnay bottles with the exception of two shelves I can get 11 bottles per shelf. Because of the structure of the cabinet I have to put cabernet and zinfandel bottles on those two shelves. The additional shelves I purchase were super easy to install and adjust, even for someone with no mechanical ability like me. Extremely quiet took less than a day to come to temperature even full of new bottles. Delivery was good and on time. This is my fourth cooler, first EuroCave and this one by far is the best out of the box.Got my fingers crossed that this is the last one I have to buy.thanks Lee Anne for all your help and patience”

“The best part about this wine chiller is the adjustable racks. I can fit large diameter bottles better in the EuroCave than my previous 2 models (not EuroCave's). The racks slide in/out seamlessly and have individual bottle "cradles" that can be slid left/right allowing larger bottles to fit. This does reduce the number of bottles on a rack but EVERY wine chiller has this problem.EuroCave, build us a chiller with another 1/8-1/4 inch (.4-.7 cm) of vertical space between racks!!!!! We, the wine storing public will buy this chiller over one that advertises 10-20 more bottles of storage space!!!! Build it and we will buy it!!!!!The racks are adjustable but in much larger increments.I did not think I would like the large storage shelf as I like to turn my bottles every 6 months but it is handy for storing case to half case purchases of wine I plan to consume in the next year time frame. I also like the very bottom that allows storage of magnums. Something that required me to remove a rack from previous chillers.The light is also handy as it attaches to the top of the door but easily pulls out if you need to get back into dark, dusty corners of the "cave" to find a bottle. Now I don't have to keep a flashlight nearby. I would rate this at 4.5 stars if the website allowed, saving 5 stars for the model that has enough clearance between racks to hold my Pinot, CDP and large Cab bottles. My only complaint.While not cheap, I am happy spending twice the money for a superior product and believe the hype that this chiller will last twice as long as brand X. The only thing that would make me change brands is a chiller with a hair more vertical space between racks. EuroCave, get on it!”

“I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The unit is performing exactly as expected, and I was surprised to find that I was able to squeeze in a few more bottles than I had anticipated (I had, in my mind, significantly discounted the bottle capacity). Using it for mostly standard sized Rhone, Burgundy and Bordeaux bottles, it's doing great. The handful of larger California Cab bottles I have are a bit more challenging, but pairing them with half bottles or Rieslings helps. Would I buy this again knowing what I know now? Absolutely.”

“We have only just plugged our wine cellar in 2 days ago but it is very quite. It is wonderful with the pull out drawers. I would highly recommend this. It appears to be very high quality. We had good luck with the White Glove delivery. It was not the normal thing that they deliver but they were careful and figured it out. I was very nervous as they were from a regular moving company but I have no complaints.”

“We have had our EuroCave for just over 2 months now and are really pleased with it. Very attractive unit and a great addition to our gowning collection of wine. The unit is very quite and do not notice when the unit kicks on. I initially had it set @ 57F, the unit ranged from 56.8 to 59 from what I noticed and now have it set to 56F. I look to add the 3 addition drawers at some point.”
