“This is the perfect wine cellar refrigerator for my needs. The temperature is relatively stable, fluctuating only a degree or two in the two weeks I’ve had it. The “main du sommelier” shelves are perfect for accommodating all the different bottle sizes we have. I couldn’t be happier.”

“This is our second Eurocave wine cellar. We now have one cellar dedicated to aging wines for a few years, the other cellar for current consumption.”

“I have had this for a couple of weeks and as many have mentioned, the white glove service is lacking. They were prompt but a discussion was needed to encourage them to take the crate and packaging. I am quite pleased with the design of the unit itself. The shelving can be moved up or down with ease and few limitations. The bottle cradles slide smoothly to accommodate different bottle sizes or removed entirely which is so convenient. I did not purchase additional shelving, thinking I would add later but after moving items around to ensure adequate headroom for each shelf I find the 10 shelves included are sufficient. If there is any improvement I could suggest it would be that I would have liked a door handle. I find myself having to push against the plastic seam in order to break the vacuum to open the fridge and worry that over time this may lead to wear and a less efficient system. I have it set at 55 degrees and so far it has run from 52 to 58 so the 3 degree swing has surprised me. Customer service say a 3-4 degree swing either way is to be expected.”

“Delivery of our two EuroCave wine cellars went without a problem. The delivery team were professional, polite and did exactly what we asked. Waited 48 hrs, loaded cellars, next morning both were at temperature and working perfectly. Michael Dreyfus , our Wine Enthusiast salesperson, helped us with great advice each step along the way.”
