“It looks beautiful and the temperature seems to be consistent. For that I would give it 5 stars. However my biggest problem with it is the racks. They seem to be made cheaply. Of the 10 racks that I received, 4 of them do not work well. 3 of the 4 seem to have bent tracks as the metal rubs up against each other to where the paint on them have been worn off already after opening them just a few times. You really have to force them open. The 4th rack continues to fall off the inside wall if you don’t open in extremely carefully. When this happens I have to take all of the bottles off of the rack below it and then the bottles off of the fallen rack in order to fix it. For the amount of money this unit is, I would expect much better. Also, shipping/delivery was a nightmare.”

“It’s a beautiful cooler but smaller than I thought. If all bottles were the same size, which they are not, it might fit the number advertised. Let’s hope it cools our investments!”

“Having enjoyed a larger EuroCave wine unit for many years of collecting, when I moved to an apartment/condo the Premiere L was the ideal unit to use for storage of additional bottles to be acquired in the future. The unit is quiet, has sufficient rolling shelving for 100+ bottles and a fixed storage rack for an additional 40+ bottles.”

“My new EuroCave is my second EuroCave. My first was purchased 20 years ago and did just fine too. My new one is even better. I need to learn how to adjust the shelves to fit my various varietals and the differing bottle sizes. So far, so good.”

“The wine fridge so far is very good but admittedly its only been running a few days. It looks good. It's cooling is good but its control to the exact setpoint has not been great - seems to fluctuate +/- 2 degrees C. The MDS adjustable shelving is pretty cool - allows you to move the bottle left or right so as to fit those fat bottles that don't fit in a fixed pitch shelf. Its a great feature but pretty expensive for what you get ( a bunch of plastic inserts ). The handle kind of sucks - hard to get a good grip to open. The door doesn't have a hardstop on the opening part so the door keeps swinging open and hits my counter next to the wine cooler. They need some sort of adjustable hardstop to stop the door. These are all little things that should not be an issue when you pay 4K for a refridgerator. The other issues were with delivery - the service with Wine Enthusiast was good - but their handoff to their delivery company sucks so they get the blame for that - I was supposed to get white glove delivery - the guy just dropped it off and I had to set it up. I had paid for removal of an old unit - the delivery company had no idea so I had to call the manager of the delivery company employee to get them to agree to take the old unit. So the delivery company did good - but Wine Enthusiast did not properly handoff to delivery company what they needed to do.”
