“Purchased a EuroCave Premiere L wine cellar (165 bottle capacity) in July 2022. Also added white glove delivery. Delivery and set up went well. I was reluctant to pay the price for a EuroCave but bought it anyway due to good reviews. Had initial issues with the sliding rack system. Some racks came off the track in the back causing them to jam. With customer service help, I was able to make some simple adjustments that remedied the problem. Cellar is holding temp and humidity very well so far after 1 month according to my own hygrometer. Compressor is extremely quiet. Very happy with the EuroCave product. The other notable point is that my cellar went on sale within 30 days after my purchase. Wine Enthusiast honored the sale price and credited my Visa with the sale price difference. Can't ask for more than that!”

“Delivery was punctual and effortless. So far, the EuroCave excellent! Some minor temperature excursions (+/- 2°F), but was told this is normal. Build quality seems solid, and the aesthetics are brilliant. Am hopeful of many years of service.”

“I have another wine cellar, NFINITY PRO L DUAL ZONE, which is a better product by far. This is loud and buzzy when running. This unit has a movable crossbar that limits which bottles you can put where. The cross bar sits upfront and clips in where the shelves would and it takes up enough room that you have use that shelf for small bottles or move a shelf one clip lower which ruin the symmetry of the unit and reduces the overall storage. One shelf looks thicker than the others. Not a big deal but just poor engineering. But yeah my biggest complaint is that it's very loud. The shipping of the unit was a disaster as well. Either Wine enthusiast messed up or the shipping company did but neither would take responsibility when my units shipping was canceled and I was never informed. No apologies or making it right, no big deal to pay for something then wait 3 months for it and the sheer nonchalance of it by both companies was astounding.”

“We have two of these units and they were very well. There is about a 5 degrees difference between the temperature at the lowest shelves to the highest shelves so store your wine accordingly. Our compressor went out after 5 years on one of the units recently and I talked to Shania C in customer service and she shipped me a new compressor within a week and the wine cooler is back to normal performance again. Great service from WE customer service.”

“Delivery was right in the window of what I expected, delivery was easy and the last-mile agent did a great job. The shelves are sturdy and easy to re-position and re-arrange for best utilization. I don't think I got a full 12 bottles on any shelf, but I have a lot of California red and Pinot so I wasn't surprised. Once loaded it's very sturdy and the compressor is very quiet. My only gripe was all the shelves needed to be moved down "one stop" to accommodate bottles on the top shelf. And there is a "bar" in the center which makes one shelf position not very usable. But it's beautiful and it delivers on my goal of having all of my wine out of offsite storage and where I can actually drink it!”

“I purchased this unit in March 2022. I wanted a top of the line unit so that it would last for many years and keep my wine collection safe, so I went with the Eurocave. Two months later, in May 2022, the unit was dead - the compressor would run constantly without being able to cool the unit. Wine Enthusiast is replacing the unit, and perhaps this was a fluke, but the experience was disappointing. In terms of the unit itself, the aesthetics of the unit are nice but it's stated capacity of 178 bottles is almost laughable. The 12-bottle MDS shelving won't hold 12 bottles if they are thicker/larger glassed bottles, which are typical of higher end wine and even if the bottles are not too thick but just an assortment of different sizes, the shelving often will not accommodate 12 bottles. My critique of Eurocave is that if the unit was only 3-4 inches wider and deeper, almost all 750ml bottles could be accommodated without issue - so why did they feel the need to ration space and sacrifice capacity?? My only other critique of the unit is the feel of the shelving slides. I would expect soft-close drawer slides on the shelving of this premium unit, as are typical with all new kitchen drawers. Without the soft-close, the shelving just kind smashes to a halt when you slide it closed, unless you hold the shelve and control it until it is fully closed. I was shocked that Eurocave does not use more robust soft-close shelving slides on what is considered to be a premium, top of the line, unit. All in all, I am happy with the unit but every underwhelmed by this being considered the "top of the line" wine cooler.”

“Excellent Wine Cellar, quiet, quick cool, well insulated. Be careful re: number of bottle capacity due to only fitting bordeaux bottles. That limits capacity to certain Napa winery bottles.”
