“I absolutely love it. Stunning design, quiet, and perfectly fit out needs. I do however have a rolling shelf that won’t stay on the track. I’ve moved it from one track to another, with/without any bottles and it just won’t stay on. I would like to get that shelf replaced but otherwise am ecstatically content!”

“I have had Eurocave cabinets for 20 years. I replaced one of them in 2018 with Premier L and another in 2021 with another Premier L. On the whole the cabinets are great but there is a but. At least one rolling shelf in each cabinet does not roll out. It snags as if it has fallen off the rails. I have to lift and pull it to get it to come out. On occasion the shelf has fallen off the rails and onto the shelf below. I filled out the online form on WE with complete details asking for assistance. It has been a week and no response. Either they don't read the inquiries submitted on their own online forms or they simply don't respond.”

“Great cellar, quiet as advertised, very stable temps. One shelf giving me an issue so will reach out to customer service to help resolve. Very pleased I chose EuroCave!”

“Not what they showed in online video or what the sales rep, when I called indicated. I wanted the all black but was mislead to believe the door would still be translucent. It is a solid door, no ability to see inside without opening it :u1F972:. Trying to remedy it but without success.”

“I love the product but am still seeing temperature fluctuation. It has been almost a month now and it is still swinging 2 degrees under and over the set temperature. I hope that this is normal.”
