“We recieved this 2 weeks ago and while setting it up noticed the front vent was slightly bent. Enough to warrant a call. We had a very responsive agent who offered to send out another vent element and offered to send a repairman. However, they also offered to have me replace it for a small credit. A relatively simple process. So far the unit seems fine, operates quietly (there has to be some noise) and seems to hold the refrigerator side with a couple degrees and the wine side right at 55. Very happy. I would have rated it a five if the shelves were on roller bearing tracks. Overall great purchase and post delivery service. Well done!”

“pros: looks good, lots of room, quiet. Cons: takes time to cool, door handles not level straight, weak refrigerator magnet.”

“The product I received was slightly different than the one I ordered. It doesn't have the duel zone control on oneside as advertised in the catalogue . Other wise unit works oOK”
