“The refrigerator was great until it stopped cooling. We had a repair company come out to access the issue. They called Wine Enthusiast to get the replacement part and were told it was on indefinite back order. Completely disappointed and sad that we now are having to dispose of what could be a perfectly great refrigerator if we could just get the parts needed to make the fix. This is completely unacceptable!”
