“Recently our 3 year old NFINITY HDX Beverage Center wouldn’t turn on after a power outage. I called tech support and they readily sent out a new part for free with free shipping. That part did not resolve the issue so I called back having traced the circuit, fairly certain now of which part I needed. They again happily sent out a free replacement part with overnight shipping. I installed the part same day and it solved the problem. Customer Service was 10 stars. Can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Wine Enthusiast. And this fridge is awesome. We’ve loved it for 3 years now. You won’t regret the purchase.”

“The HDX30" combo wine/beverage center fits the need that we had perfectly but I'm not 100% sold on it. A little louder than expected but will wait until the countertops go it before passing judgement. Biggest surprise was that the shelves on the beverage side are wire rack vs glass. Not ideal for cans and bottles as they tend to tip if not placed right. I wish they made this more clear in the description. I've never seen a wire shelved beverage fridge.”

“The online description stated rolling shelfs as well as stationary and sliding. We only received sliding. This format is very hard to use with the wine racks. Our other 4 units came as described. Perhaps we received a newer cheaper unit that what was described online and in my phone call when I made the purchase?”

“It is very attractive. Delivery was delayed but expected. Poor instruction manual. Handles not attached and no instructions. Difficult to maneuver touchscreen. Doesn't get as cold as it should.”

“REFRIGERATOR SIDE VARIES OFTEN, 5 DEGREES OR MORE W/O BEING OPENED. MY LIGHTS HAVEN'T WORKED SINCE RECEIVING UNIT, MY EMAILS HAVE NOT BEEN ANSWERED REGARDING THIS. DOORS ARE NOT EVEN AT THE TOP . DOES KEEP BEVERAGES COLD THOUGH.”
