“Really not pleased. Drawers are hard to pull out. Temperature keeps fluctuating and not staying where you set it. Not at all happy with it.”

“The wire racks on the left / wine side are exceedingly flimsy, don’t slide out easily, and certainly do not fit the number of standard bottles that is indicated for this model. Furthermore, the rubber sealant rim around the perimeter of the door is covering the screw head to attach the door handle. Poor design! The unit is quiet and looks nice on the surface, but that’s about all. Would definitely not recommend purchasing this wine cooler to others.”

“Happy with the purchase and love the multi-use aspect since all we had was a wine fridge before. The touch screen controls are a bit hard to use. Not a fan of not having the light turn on when you open the door. Your choice is to either have it on always or not. $300 basic wine fridges have this option.”

“Bought this N'finity Pro HDX 30" wine fridge in January 2021. As of end of June 2021 the fridge stopped cooling but was still under warranty so I called customer service. They said a technician (from a third-party vendor) would call and schedule a time to come out. 10 days later I had still had not heard anything, so I called back. Eventually, I got a call from a technician from a local appliance company who then showed up a few days after that. He said the control board was bad and I needed a new one, and he would order it. 10 days go by and I don't hear anything so I call the third-party appliance repair company, who tells me the part should have been sent to me by now, and that I need to call Wine Enthusiast since they cover the warranty and should have sent the part. I call Wine Enthusiast and they show record of the part request but confirm it has not been sent, and they are not sure why, but that they would send it overnight tomorrow and I should get it by Friday, and to call back again if I don't receive it. Really frustrating. I like the design of the fridge, but really concerned about quality at this point. The customer service/technician folks with wine enthusiasts are super nice on the phone, but hold times to get to them are a challenge (most calls I held for 20 minutes or more), and I have had to call numerous times now. I just called again and they said are going to overnight the part, which I appreciate but I am currently without a working wine fridge for 6+ weeks now at this point when the thing is only 6 months old! And given my experience thus far I am not optimistic it will be fixed anytime soon. Really frustrated and disappointed. The last customer service rep to his credit did give me a different 800# and his direct extension so I can call him if it doesn't shop up which I appreciate, but should I really be going through all this after only 6 months?”

“Nice product. We had one before at our previous house and purchased the same model for our new house. The door handles are a bit difficult to install but otherwise no issues.”

“Now on day 11 without proper response as to correction. Arrived properly packaged with no appearance of damage, however when opening the box there is a scratch/dent on the right door front. Secondly it runs a little louder than anticipated.”
